Michelle Stevens, Esq.
Attorney – Of- Counsel
Meet our Attorney
Family Law | Estate Planning
A family attorney and certified mediator, Michelle merges legal acumen with genuine compassion. She embodies balance in profession and passion at Cowlitz Law Group.
A Pacific Northwest native, Michelle has a distinguished legal career that spans over two decades. From handling intricate Juvenile Dependency cases to crafting meticulous Orders of Protection, Michelle’s vast array of legal achievements is testament to her proficiency. A certified facilitative mediator and a family attorney, she seamlessly integrates litigation, counseling, and mediation to navigate the often-turbulent waters of family legal disputes.
Her experience navigating a divorce while parenting four children lends Michelle an unparalleled depth of understanding of Family Law. Guided by the principle that “In Family Law, there is no winning for either parent, but there is a right way and wrong way to do it for the children,” she provides legal help and genuine compassion to her clients.
Michelle obtained her Juris Doctor in Law degree from Western State University in California, dedicating two decades to serving its legal community. Now in Washington, her extensive specialties encompass child custody, child support, divorce, domestic violence, fathers’ rights, legal separation, property division, and restraining orders.
When not advocating for her clients, Michelle seeks balance in embracing nature. An avid equestrian, she often enjoys trail riding her beloved quarter horse mare, and as a skiing enthusiast, she’s frequently drawn to the mountain slopes.
Attorney Michelle Stevens symbolizes professional excellence and heartfelt dedication at The Cowlitz Law Group, consistently guiding clients through their most pivotal life transitions.
