In his role as Manager of Client Care and Operations, Adham is dedicated to elevating the standard of client care from the initial contact to the final resolution of legal issues. He focuses on gathering and analyzing client feedback to thoroughly understand and address their needs. His collaboration with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff ensures that client concerns are prioritized throughout the firm.
Adham holds a degree in Economics, majoring in Business Administration from the Faculty of Alexandria. His academic background has endowed him with a solid grasp of financial analysis and business strategy. His skills in data analysis, financial accounting, and client management are in perfect alignment with the needs of our law firm.
Adham’s skill set is a composite of hard skills, such as financial analysis and client management, and soft skills, including keen observation, adept decision-making, and effective communication.
