How to Complete Your Submission List

While looking at court calendars, ensure that you complete the list of submitted documents to the court.

You don’t get to count both your first counting day and your last counting day or the day of the hearing.

Your motion should be done at least 17 days before the hearing.

Then you can serve on the other party.

It is important to list your documents and the date you filed them with the court as this serves as a confirmation of your willingness to the court.
